We have a structured evaluation methodology to ensure all due diligence is caried out correctly. This is a two stage process:

1.The RFI stage consists of a two part weighted method:

  • Non-Function Parameters – 35%

  • Functional Parameters – 65%

2. RFP: A best fit score is used to create a shortlist and  prospects are invited to send a detailed proposal. The proposal is scored and weighted against the strategy and goals. For example this could be:

  • Functional Capabilities – 40%

  • Implementation - 20%

  • Architecture & Security – 15%

  • SLA & Aftercare – 10%

  • Commercials – 15%
