I’ve developed my skills in digital strategy & programme management with Global Consulting Firms (Atos Consulting, Infosys, Global Blue) honed my operational excellence, product management skills in Industry (@ PartyGaming, Emnos GmbH) and deep understanding of consumer behaviour from data focused Digital & Direct Marketing Agencies (Wunderman).  

I am adept at bridging the gap between c-suite & senior stakeholders and hands-on execution. My functional expertise lies in developing business architecture, business process modelling, and programme management.

I excel at and passionate about designing future-proofed business solutions, delivering high growth plans for customer centric organisations such as retail, eCommerce & consumer good businesses. Designing, Optimising Conversion (CRO), PESO Mix Analysis, Designing Customer Experience (CX), Optimising User Experience & Customer Journey (UX), Customer Lifetime Value/ Customer Lifestage Management (CLTV/CLM) with  structured CRM programs, and machine learning real-time personalisation, thrown into the mix.
